CBIA and Women In Bio (WIB) have published results of a survey that addresses the needs of professional women working in the life sciences. "The concept of work–life integration reflects a growing desire among career-oriented employees to reframe the work experience to more seamlessly blend professional and personal aspects of life. Integration affords greater flexibility and efficiency in the work experience while enhancing opportunities for better health and social well-being. By addressing these needs, we believe leaders can improve the working conditions of professional women in their workforce and contribute to a more diverse and inclusive world economy."
